Kyrillos Ghaly

Kyrillos Ghaly is the Director at Building Certifiers Pty Ltd, a building certification company based in Parramatta. In his role as Director, Kyrillos manages a team of Building Inspectors, Engineers, Certification Experts, and support staff to ensure building projects in Sydney and Greater Western Sydney are approved with minimal delays.  

Raised in Sydney, Kyrillos originally pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physio) at the University of Western Sydney, graduating in 2013. However, having developed an interest in the property and construction sector, he subsequently obtained a Diploma and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction at the Australian Qualification College.  

In 2019, committed to continuous professional development, Kyrillos completed a Diploma of Building Surveying and a Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying at Western Sydney University.  

Prior to his current role, Kyrillos worked as a Building Regulations Consultant at City Plan. He joined Building Certifiers Pty Ltd as a Director in 2022. With a perfectionist approach, Kyrillos not only manages the team but also engages directly with project details and site inspections, adhering to high-quality standards and stringent accreditation criteria, and liaising with various councils across Sydney. He possesses an unwavering commitment to excellence and adeptly handles the complexities of building certification, consistently achieving success for his clients and their projects.  

Throughout his career, Kyrillos has significantly contributed to numerous large-scale projects, demonstrating his ability to manage complex projects with meticulous precision. Kyrillos is also currently a member of the Australian Institute of Building Certifiers and the Association of Australian Certifiers, which helps him stay informed of any changes in building codes or requirements and collaborate with other property professionals.  

In his leisure time, Kyrillos actively mentors and supports junior professionals, playing a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of the next generation in the industry.
